Insights Discovery is a training session based around your team’s personal psychometric profiles and tailored to support your organisation’s people strategy.
It is suitable for all levels and gives learners the foundation of self-awareness they’ll need to be successful at whatever they do. The powerful psychometric profile creates the hook for even the toughest of learner and helps both individuals and organisations gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
The possibilities are endless with this course as to what you can tailor it towards; collaboration, communication, team effectiveness, authentic leadership style, change management, personal development. It has it all!
Within these training session you will get:
15 page (minimum) detailed profile highlighting preferences based on your colour energies, including strengths, weaknesses, communication, do’s and don’ts, and potential areas for development.
An active and engaging session for your team to digest all the learning. With tailored objectives to suit your company’s needs.
Follow up training sessions available to dig deeper into those specific needs of the company.
1:1 coaching for individuals who would benefit from a more personalised look at their profile.
Talking points or exercises and check-ins for up to 6 months following the training day, to embed learning and keep the Insights language alive.
A physical ‘gift’ for each trainee, for daily reminders to consciously think about their learning, until it becomes their new normal.

This lays the groundwork – understanding yourself and others better, providing a shared language for an appreciation of behavioural differences – for further improvements.
Depending on need, time and budget, a programme of 1:1 coaching and team workshops – including any of these areas of delivery– will be proposed.

Follow-up and follow-through are important factors to ensure the learning sticks and makes a tangible difference. We’ll be with you every step of the way and provide a raft of resources and exercises to support you in keeping the learning alive.
